Quick question here, i am leveling up and i want to put perk points into smithing, but im not sure if its a good idea or not because im not sure if i should use the perk points in anything other than combat areas. I dont know what the level cap is, so if anyone could tell me that id love to know, but im mainly just wondering if i should start using perk points into smithing, opinions?

There isn't a level cap. Assume you'll be above level 50 if you do the main quest and all the faction line quests. Technically, when all skills are at 100, you are around level 80.

SO you can get an infinate amount of perk points? And is there a way to reset your perk points?
