"Recover twice as many arrows from dead bodies"
now does that mean I recover twice as many arrows from bodies that ALREADY HAVE ARROWS ON THEM (ex. Bandits, etc.), or do I have double the chance to recover arrows that I've shot?

If you shoot 6 arrows at a guy and normally recover 2, you will now recover 4.
