Could you get that for me?

Great game, not going to lie. One things bugs me, I can duel wield but I cant pick up the vase I knocked off the table? Granted two hands are better than one but seriously? (Xbox 360 for those of you wondering). It was a great feature in Oblivion! I loved throwing dead bodies from high places or throwing objects into traps to trip them. Anyone else wishing we could pick things up again on consoles?

On the PS3, you can pick up items if you hold down X.

On Xbox 360 you hold the A button to drag/carry things around.

IMU, hold down the "Use" button (whatever that is on your platform) and you physics-pick-up stuff.

I was mad when i thought they left it out too. Then my girlfriend was messing around with it and did it by accident and I was like "HOW YOU DO THAT?!"

I've been dragging the corpses of my enemies into a pile. I figure maybe one day they'll disappear, since trying to fry them with electricity and burn them with flame doesn't seem to work. That town I've been dumping them near is going to have a serious fly problem this summer otherwise.

Thanks all. I canvassed the instruction manual and perused google. I should have trusted my fellow gamers first!

You bring up a good point though. Bethesda should've done a better job at tutorials and walkthroughs. Not just the pick-n-drag, but in the area of spells and some other areas as well. I won't complain, it's all about discovery too, but they should've just done it a little better nonetheless.
