This is driving me crazy. How do i look at my character's face when my weapon is ready?

Hold down change view button, then rotate with other stick. You can also zoom out using this technique if you want the 3rd person camera closer or further away from you

Don't you just click the middle scroll wheel? If I remember correctly.

For the PC, to view your character with your weapon out, just hold F.

Hold F and move mouse right or left, up or down for zoom.

You have to adjust the height of the camera before pushing F. I swear they tested this game....
