Just curious, didn't see anything in the manual (it just refers to the right mouse button) but when you press this you attack with that hand and if you press and hold it you do a power attack. So how do you block while dual wielding?

Nope, in exchange for doing more damage you can't block while dual wielding.

No that is the disadvantage of dual wielding.
