» Fri May 11, 2012 2:15 am i just unlocked power bashing (holding block and attack for a second) for my melee character and im not sure its purpose and it's difference from normal bashing. havent experimented a lot with it yet since i've been spending the last hour or so just climbing towards the greybeards.
over all normal bashing seems to stop power attacks but against the enemies im encountering (im lvl 12) the normal bashing doesnt always stagger human sized enemies. it's not very consistant, which is bad, in gameplay terms.
in actions that require timing and skill. bashing requires skill to be really effective but if it doesnt always work than it's.... less effective.... duh.
are you using bashing? when?

what is the difference between the two?
