Out of curiosity, could anybody tell me who the Dark Elf character in the loading screen is? He's shown wielding a one handed Daedric sword, sporting a pretty sweet looking outfit.

I'm curious because I really do like his outfit, and may decide to hunt him down just for that, unless, of course someone can tell me where I can find said outfit instead.

That's a Thalmor. Caster type. I don't know what specifically they're called, just Thalmor ____. They seem to be the higher ranking one in groups I've seen. That either operate alone or at the head of a group.

Kill any Thalmor mage to steal the outfit you're after. It's something any good citizen of Skyrim should be doing, anyway.

I was wondering that too, that guy is a freaking boss. I want to be him.

Ah, I heard it was a Thalmor, but couldn't quite confirm if the name matched the appearance (haven't yet met one in-game, nor found a picture online). Thanks a bunch for the info!
