Please help hotkey weapon switch question

Post » Fri May 11, 2012 1:35 am

I am dual wielding and switch to bow.

- Mace 1 Mace 2 Bow 3 - hot key listing

I switch back to Mace 1,

I cant get both.

I select mace 2

It replaces my first mace.

How do I get both weapons to enter individual assigned hands?

mace 1 for right
mace 2 for left.

etc.

Thank you in advance.

Hold shift when you assign your secondary weapon's hotkey.

Doesn't seem to be working :/

same affect

replaces the one hand as if i have shield on.

Not to mention on the regular, although i give my weapon left mouse button it assigns to the right swing affect.

Got the hotkey to work,

thank you for shift technique.

Why do they invert the selection left hand right hand etc?

I have also found rehitting the hotkey to revert you back to your previous setup.

For example,

dual wielding, hit 1 for bow, hit 1 AGAIN to go back to dual wielding

Why this works I don't know.

Wait...what? Does this work? Oh my God! If that works, then I'm naming my firstborn son after you! Wait...your name is Swish Lizard? Hmm, perhaps I'll name a pet after you.

Yeah it isnt really working as I thought. I noticed the same thing about canceling out a different weapon all together.

It is switching to a heal spell or any spell that fugs it up.

also the 2nd weapon in my dual wield selection always enters the hand i assigned my primary too. (from switching back to spells etc.

defeats the purpose of hot keying. I hate to get in a half and half habit in battle.
