I'm trying to find a good place that I can keep selling my loot. It's pretty annoying that the merchants have like 1000 gold and run out pretty quick. It would be nice if there is a place that has more than one and prefer the ones that can buy weapons and armor

Also, how long does it take for merchants to restock gold? I guess I can just wait until they restock and sell some more

It would be helpful if we can make a list of the best places/merchants to see our loot.

It can actually change based on the current prosperity of the town, so I don't think you will ever get a definitive list.

The Khajiit traders outside of the main cities usually have a good amount of gold.

Hmm did not know about the prosperity of the town. So now it's similar to that economy mod from oblivion.
