I made a redguard and they shout pretty normally.. but would an orc or lizard man(I hate lizard men so I won't even say their real name. I call you what you are lizard men.) shout the same way?

ya. If an american went to australia for some time they would eventualy develop an accent. which can be explained in lore if that makes it better. if you notice that beast races in game also sound alike even when they dont shout.
