Weapon Damage Dropped on my first character.

Two handed war hammer = 19 damage

dropped to 17 damage.

other weapons dropped by this amount.

Is there a reason for this.

I've reloaded a earlier game at level 1. then level 6 at some point during these levels the damaged dropped.

I've used 2 Two-handed perks an increase of 40% so the 2h weapons damage as listed is not as different as has a 40% increase.

Is it possible to get illness that reduces stats - NPC say you should be in bed you look under the weather or you look sick are you ill.

I sleep but nothing changes.
