Hey.

Cant use 2 handed magic. I used 2 x flame, but now i cant. It only lets me use different. Any ideas?

And bumping is lame.

I had the same spell in both hands to maximize the damage, but now i cant double wield same spell. :\

Alright, series of questions to diagnose your problem:

Are you able to dual cast any spell at all?

Do you have the corresponding dual cast perk for the school of magic that you're trying to use?

Do you have both Flame and Firebolt? If so, try using both, as it's easier to tell whether or not firebolt is dual casting since it charges a single orb.

Have you taken a look at everything in third person? Due to an animation glitch, my character can equip right handed spell below camera, and I can't always tell if they're being dual casted.

What system are you playing on?

I'm on PC. I struggled with this at first also... What I found works best is to favorite the spells and then hotkey them. I.E.: I have flames on hotkey 2. If I have heals in left and dagger in right hand, one push of 2 switches heals to flames, and a second push switches dagger to flames. The other method I used was to unequip all spells and from the magic menu left and right click on the spell you want dual wielded.

Protip: It is spam if you bump your message before 24 hours of your post let alone twice. The boards are just going to be busy since the game just came out

Yes, i have the perk and etc. Wait, do i need to increase my perk level in magic to double wield? I was going for a mage but now i cant double spell.

I duel wield spells and don't have any problems. I take it you have the spell in your favorites list?

Nope. I tried just now. I dont feel like reinstalling on steam, takes hours... I cant use double magic, only on left hand.

If you took the perk then instead of using two hands for two different spells, you now get 2 hands into one more powerful spell. That's all I can think of from your very vague question.

Ok, i want to use heal on left hand and flame on right hand. I cant, it doesnt allow me. And i have the perk.

EDIT: same goes for: double wielding flame. Or double wielding heal.

Im going to stop playing the game cause its annoying. Help.
