Hi everyone, I'm having some issues with two quests in Morthal that I can't seem to complete.

The first one is regarding Falion and his night time activities. I searched around and found that there's a quest to it but I can't see to activate it. He just gives me the normal "hello there are you looking to buy something"-speec, no matter where I talk to him, outside during night or inside his house.

Secondly, Grom giving me his letter. I get the letter, but the quest doesn't appear in my journal. I also can't destroy the letter to try picking up the quest again, since it's a quest item. I haven't tried walking to the NPC I'm supposed to give it to, but I reckon that's a longshot.

I'm quite a completionist so it would be ace to somehow manage starting these quests. I've found some console commands to jumpstart bugged quests (specially the one in Markath where some guy is dead in the end and you're supposed to be thrown into jail), but I can't locate any for these two.

Does anyone have any hints? :c

Edit: Didn't see the that the hardware part also included Software..
