I've never played elder scrolls and I'm wondering,

1. Do the summons from conjuration scale to your characters level?
2. Do the summons get stronger as you level up your conjuration WITHOUT putting any points into perks? (Eg: Lvl 20 conjuration vs lvl 50 conjuration with the same perks, will my summons be stronger as I level up my conjuration?)

I would imagine they might get slighly stronger and I do mean slight, as in not noticeable. I do know that when fighting a decent challenge group of monsters that they typically just love to 1 shot punch my flame girl into the ground making me slam my face on the desk for even thinking she might get to fight with me.

Edit: Despite her weakness in melee she is a wicked good shot with her fireballs and seems to be the one doing a good chunk of damage when she can range and I have to run around like a tard kiting the monsters.

2. Yes, I believe so. Cause leveling up a skill will make you better at it, while perks are just specific add ons to the skill
