Hi I've encountered a very strange bug with a permenant visual effect on my character. It looks like a bunch of ice crystals and it has a rather large particle stream coming off it going to the right. Very distracting in 3rd person. It occured after fighting an ice dragon I think..

It persists through reloads of the same save/restarts of the game. I have tried changing my race/six using console commands to remove the effect but it re-appears when moving into first person. There are no magical effects on my character that would add this sort of effect.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Bump. Seems to be the same issue that this poster is having here but with a different particle effect.
