I have my one handed built to 55 but it's reduced to 15 for some reason. It has nothing to do with what I'm wearing and I have no diseases. Nothing shows up in active effects. When I view perks, it will still show my stat as 55 when comparing it to the requirement, but when I view the main number, it shows 15 and in red. I've tried sleeping at inns, shrines and disease cures but nothing works.

Any advice on what is happening? I'd rather I don't have to reroll since I've invested a good chunk of time into this guy. Thanks.
