At what level and amount of gold and city can get 1st home for storage space?


and what town are they located in, im sick of haveing to much wieght some items like magic staffs i may wanna use later or sell?

The cheapest home (Breezehome) is in Whiterun. It costs $5000, plus another thousand or so to furnish it. You obtain the property from the Jarl's steward. I forget his name, but he's the one wearing the robes. He's also the blacksmith's father.

But you have to do the mainquest up to the first dragon fight to be able to buy it.

Also you have to do the main quest up until that point before dragons start appearing so choose wisely...

Yeah, when you have to go talk to the Jarl of Whiterun, lil after that it'll be available to you. resconq is right, it's 5000$. Not that great looking inside at first either. Theres only 1 chest, 1 end table at 1st but that's really all I needed.

ALSO, Breezehome is located literally NEXT to Warmaidens' (Blacksmith). No one told me this and I was running round Whiterun like a chicken with my head cut off...
