Can you convert an xbox 360 save to a PC save?

Is this possible?

Well, it could be done with Oblivion... If you want to try, I suggest to format a blank USB stick to the Xbox 360 filesystem, copy a savegame of your choice and then read it on the PC with one of the several utilities available. Copy ONLY one file as it will be easier to locate it since the Xbox 360 file system has a funny folder structure and it could be difficult to find it afterwards. Worth a try.

Plug in a USB stick to your XBOX and copy the most recent save over…
Plug the USB into your PC and take note of the drive letter
On your PC you want to use USBXTAFGUI_v44 (google is your friend)
Open the USBXTAFGUI_v44.exe file, then go to “File>Open USB manualy…”
Pick your USB drive letter as found out in step 2
Expand the Data partition tree by clicking on it.
The folder you are looking for should be labeled as follows “E00003675A8BD052″ then go into “425307E6″ and finaly into “00000001″ (yours may be labled diffrently if so hunt around for your skyrim save files that will be named the same as in game… i.e. “Save 133 – [character name] Ilinalta’s Deluge”)
Extract this file to your computer somewhere. Your desktop is fine.

Under the “File” menu, open one of the files extracted in the previous step. In the bottom panel, you should recognize the title of the save file, e.g., “Save 133 – [character name] Ilinalta’s Deluge”; the real data that you’ve gone to all this trouble to get is in the right hand panel, always identified as “savegame.dat”.
Right click on “savegame.dat” and choose extract; pick a name for your save file, e.g. “Save 133 – [character name] Ilinalta’s Deluge.ess”.
Transfer this .ess file to your PC Skyrim save files directory (C:\Users[username]\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves), and you’re done Start up Skyrim, and load the game!
This is the same method for oblivion and fallout 3/nv and I have seen tutorials mentioning that it can be done the other way around (pc>360) but i have never had the need to do so. You can find them with google."
