have you ever given blood?
i ask because yesterday i gave blood and i got a huge bruise from it
and it hurt bad because they used the wrong arm

i once gave blood, then went to the pub and drank three pints of Hobgoblin. I highly recommend you do not do likewise. Not pretty. Have some room-spin.

I tried once. I nearly passed out and they had to stop before they hit the threshold, which apparently means they couldn't use it at all and presumably had to throw it out. Not really sure why it works that way - anyone care to enlighten me? In any case, it really put me off ever going again, even though I know I should some time...

I'd give blood but I don't know what blood type I am.
