Bound weapons vs. the real thing?

Post » Fri May 11, 2012 12:56 pm

Hi everyone, you may have seen my previous posts about battle mage type builds.

Anyway, I have one final question to all you seasoned players out there. Do you recommend using bound weapons for a battlemage, or simply one handed contempory weapons such as steel maces etc?

Im interested to see what everyone's views are! so please comment.

thanks, Goob

Bound weapons get Conjuration perks, normal weapons don't?

Only relevant if you're perking Conjuration anyway, obviously.

Also: Conjured weapons are weightless.

In previous games, bound weapons took advantage of your skill level in the associated skill. This leads me to believe that 1-handed perks taken and light armor etc does take full advantage of perks in the associated trees.

I think my next character is going to be a bound warrior or thief of some type.
