I've had 3 characters so far all 3 different races and they have sounded the same yes. Can't 100% this tho.

My female Khajiit sounded extremely cute when using first level of shouts. When I charge them up to next level, she began to sound like a male brute and much less than a cat.

I've heard a couple of different voices. Argonian was different than Redguard.

My Nord sounded different from my Argonian.

My Imperial I don't hear any difference from my Nord.

seems like its based on groups of races eh? Humans, Elves, and whatever the Argonians and Khajit are in.

Bah, means i probably wont have that manly shout with my high elf anymore. Most probably it'll be a snobbish snort.

my male high elf sounds pretty similar to a wood elf i think. though the high elf sounds like a wussy schoolgirl when hit in combat

My Nord sounded different from my Argonian.

My Imperial I don't hear any difference from my Nord.

Interesting my argonian sounds exactly the same as my cousin's nord. they even make the same sounds when attacking, being hit, sprinting, and coming out of the water. our character's are both males. maybe yours are female or i maybe i am experiencing a massive bug.

intersting topic and one that I was also going to ask. i feel like with all the voice actors, bethesda couldn't have overlooked this...could they?
