So first of all I would like to say the game is really good, better than I expected I am really enjoying every minute of it, but I must adress there issues that seem really strange to me, and are kind of immersion breaking.

1. Dragon attacks you, you have just got out from the dungeon, you turn back into the dungeon walk out, and the dragon dissapears??? I mean WTF?!
2. Every once in a while trader's run out of gold, and even after few game days, they still have around 30 gold which I left them with after selling my stuff...
3. Why does the books not open like they did in trailer when you pick them up with your hand, what happened with that?
4. Spears, ohhhh yes, do you remember the whole buzz about them, well let me PROVE to you that they are actually in the game but were never implemented for use http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198016475726/screenshot/632982837658783686?tab=public
5. Anyone else got same side quest's twice, like the one with Red eagle?? I got it twice and solved it twice... LOL
6. Oh yeah and the last but not least...when I paralyze someone or he is frozen on the ground, why OH WHY Bethesda does my Critical hit go through them and hit the ground 3 out of 4 swings... please adress to this issue -.-

Otherwise the game is just fine, soundtrack is amazing, story so far is really intriguing and fun, although I did more side questing.Some enemies are a joke, but yet some especially in packs provide quite a challenge.
I hope some stuff will get patched soon, and that the actual game performance will be a bit ''fixed'' in future, although its running fine on ultra, 64 bit .exe would be VERY APPRECIATED
