When you take one of the frost/shock/fire damage perks (25%/50%) only a couple spells actually reflect this change. Does that mean they are the only spells affected by the damage increase? Is this just a display bug, oversight, or an actual spell functionality bug. Anyone know?
As a secondary question, the description for fire's secondary effect is ambiguous. Does it mean that attacks against an opponent that is on fire will do more damage? Or does it just mean they can suffer a few more ticks of damage from the fire itself?
