Lydia, from what I can tell on the forums, has the general durability of mouldy cheese. She dies from everything. At least with Uthgarde and Onmund, I had to hit them after they were down and out to kill them.


Just take Lydia behind the woodshed and put her out of her misery. It's the compassionate thing to do.
