Excellent Game ....

First i like to say a huge thank you to the developers for this game, i been playing it for 3 days now and its amazing. I got it on PS3 so at first i was a bit let down by the graphic but once i started to go outside of town and explore the world i realized this is a huge huge world and actually looks quite good considering the PS3's 5 year old hardware :D
I love the characters, quest and the open world where you can basically do things as you wish. The find path magic is also amazing, helps me find the quest, this is very helpful for old people such as i hehe

I'm playing a North Warrior and have so far spent only in Health/Stamina (level 11) and at each level i consider to put a point in Magic. Since i'm not sure how well a mix mage/warrior will be i always go for Stamina/Health. Considering how big the game is i doubt i will be spending another 100h making a new character from start. I usually tend to do everything in a game (as much as i can) so i will for sure play this character for a loooong time to come.

I have 1 question for people with more experience and playtime , hopefully you can share your experience with me. Do you think it is a good idea to through Magic into the mix ? after all once you get the shouts will you use magic much? (they do look look though)
Considering you get can up to level 50 how much would you say a reasonable Magic should be for a more sword wielding warrior? (i like to be able to cast fireball from time to time or summon for some variety). I'm at level 11 and so far only invested in Stamina/health as mentioned. I'm thinking to skip magic altogether since i get shout but i'm not sure.
I did buy some very cool magic book which are amazing. These include the hovering light ball + healing , i use them quite allot.

I wish Bethesda can offer a potion or something later on so that people can re-roll their characters and play as a different type. I can even pay for such potion hint hint :)

from my experience its better to focus on one style of combat and support it with non-combat skills like alchemy, enchanting or smithing.

Um, if you want my honest opinion, destruction magic is the WORST to take if you dont use it early; because destruction magic isnt scaled. You get a 25 damage spell at level 5, it will remain at 25 damage even if you're level 50. Although there's no harm in buying some books and looking at the animations! :) The animation's quite cool.

There are a lot of ways to improve destruction damage output. Destruction Mage robes, higher level destruction spells, potions, enchantments, etc. Magic is deep.

Thanks for the tips guys, i am also afraid to mix the styles, after all i do need to spend perks in order to use the style and considering there will be like 49 perks and so much useful stuff i rather spend the extra perk in lockpicking (for Unbreakable), speech (for Merchant) and such.
As main tree i will be using one-hand + shield.

I'm a bit unsure about smiting, i mean wont i find the best gear in the dungeon/bosses? if so why bother spending perk in here?

Damn the work i want to take 2 month vacation and just play hehe
