As any of you who have tried like I have you'll realize you can't use Elemental Fury Shout with Bound weapons because the weapons are already enchanted. So I was wondering if anyone has tried this with the Extra Effect Perk from Enchanting which allow two enchants, will it allow you if your character has the perk?

Ya but it's very powerful on its own so it doesn't really matter especially when you dual wield.
