Actually it is not the same type of poll. The OP is about PC game of the year and where you can win stuff by voting . The one you post is console stuff.

Undoubtedly will get GOTY. Skyrim is freaking amazing! It's performed very well on my setup at 2560x1600 and there's only been one single crash that's sure to be fixed with Beth's pending patch. In most regards, it's far better than I had ever hoped and I had very high expectations.

Only phenomenal games get should GOTY awards, but honestly, the field is pretty weak.

Skyrim is definitely not GOTY. This game bored me to death 80% of the time - and the main quest line had one of the most painful anti-climatic WTF moments. I felt like I was playing a korean rpg grindfest esp. when leveling up heavy armour and blocking. The graphics are beautiful but the world is mediocre in comparison to other RPG/MMORPG games but I think people are over hyping it too much.

The only fun fights in this game was probably the first 2 dragon fights when you didn't know what was going on and finding/killing the dragon priests as they were probably the only mob in the game that presented some slight challenge as a melee user.

This game reminded me of the Ultima series but with updated graphics just Ultima had a better story
