Is there a Heal Other spell I could find around Whiterun (don't want to venture too far from that area)?

I'm trying to remember where I got mine from...it might have been from the court wizard at Whiterun, but I'm not positive.

Court Wizard or Belethor (local Breton trader) are your best (only?) shots in Whiterun.

I bought Healing Hand from the Court Wizard in Whiterun. That spell lets you heal another person.
