Anyone know the correct info about this? cuse it seem really slow, so is it worth puting on recharge magic clothes if the bonus dont work in combat?? for me it seems wrong?

Magic does not recharge quickly during battle. There is a racial bonus that will recharge your magicka pretty quickly, but I don't know what race it's for. You need to make sure you have some good enchantments that reduce the magicka cost of your spells and carry quite a few mana potions.
