Sometimes when I'm trying to dual wield spells in combat and switch from spell to spell, everything gets jacked up. If I try to pull out a steel dagger and dual wield, the dagger becomes unbound and i cannot draw it. Then spells will only appear in my left hand instead of both. Out of combat they usually work fine.

Does anyone else have this problem? I'm on the PC of course.
