Ice shards stuck in me.

I have ice shards stuck in me, although it is a nice effect.. Does anyone know how I can get them out of my character?

Take everything off. (Armor, weapons) Make a save, reload it. Should be fixed.

If not, and you're on the PC. Console->Showracemenu-> Swap gender back and forth. Done :)

Ice shards still stuck in me, i'm on the Xbox 360.. anybody been able to fix it?
