So, I'm considering making a female. Now I understand that the character won't completely look like the image. But the image was a kind of more of an inspiration to a story and I decided I wanted to weave it into Skyrim.

What race would be most like the image?

Afterwards, what kind of build should I go? Is pacifist even possible in Skyrim? Like commanding the woods around [wolves, etc] to fight by your side, heal wounds of those following you, etc.

Breton. For looks. Or altmer. Also it should be but no. Conjuration is possible. So if you want that you should use this build:

Conjuration
One handed
Restoration or destruction
Smithing
Enchanting or archery

More Altmer in design if you look at her hands, the long pointed nails are a little inhuman.

Damn wish pacifist was an option. It be totally awesome. I had an idea of a woman whom lures people in. She pretends to be weak and then commands creatures of the forest to do her bidding. Then she takes their stuff, the people she killed.
