Jarl of Windhelm -- Intro Bug?

Okay, I'm confused now. I thought I had the intro down pat -- guess not. Wasn't Ulfric Stormcloak (Jarl of Windhelm?) executed in the intro? If yes, why the heck is he standing right behind me once I'm inside the keep after the dragon comes??? Is this a bug or did I miss something? :blink:

No, a stormcloak soldier is executed before you. Then the Dragon interrupts the execution causing everyone to flee

General Tullius talked with Ulfric before the executions, then when the executions actually started, a Stormcloak soldier was executed.

Oooooooh... Thanks for the info, guys/gals :) I had subtitles on, too, but couldn't figure out where this "Stormcloak soldier" was that was talking :facepalm:
