So, I had 50 leather bracers, sold them all at once, did not get an speech increase, which I found weird.

I reloaded and tried selling then one at the time and got an increase about 10 pieces in.

This is the same as Oblivion, why not make it Per gold transferred between you and the merchant ?

I know it can be done, I remember downloading a mod for Oblivion which did exactly that.
