IncPCS at the beginning of the game

I just finished my main quest play-through. Now I'm picking back up on a previous mage play-through. For my next play-through, though, I'm thinking about getting my six chosen skills to 40 by using the IncPCS console command and then starting the game. I think it would be fun to roleplay a character that enters Skyrim as a powerful warrior. I was wondering how many other people plan on doing this.

Well I only used INCPCS when my onehanded refused to level. Only cheat if you want to, there's nothing bad about it in a single player game. I do enjoy going in with incpcs when I'm roleplaying so that I'm not automatically assumed as a total bum who doesn't know how to do anything.

cheat if you want to
In this game I would not call it cheating. I actually think that what the OP plans to do is roleplaying. We are not allowed to have backgrounds in this game. It is kind of sad that we have to use the console to actually roleplay a character who is not generic at level 1.

In Oblivion - or other most games - I would be more inclined to agree that this would be cheating.

I don't know why, but something in the back of my head was telling me that there may be a downside to this, I was hoping that if there was one that I couldn't think of, another player could explain it to me. Hopefully there isn't a downside, though. Thanks for the comments!
