I have a career in which I work during the day. I live in the west...which means I have to CALL long distance during work hours to talk to someone before 5pm THEIR time?? What is this 1985? Where is the ONLINE support???? Aren't they a tech company?? Do they not have an internet connection?
**My history so far with RAGE...I pre-ordered the PC version. I tried to get it to work on my PC that meets the recommended specs (not just minimum), it didn't work at all. I took it back and exchanged it for the PS3 version. I opened the box to find I had one of the two codes I was supposed to have with the anarchy edition...I didn't get the sewers code. Now I'm being told to call them when it's convenient for them.
If only there were some way to efficiently communicate with them other than a telephone...oh well one day the technology will exist I'm sure.
Last Bethesda pre-order....ever.
Makes you wonder why they called it "Rage"... They were foreshadowing what their client base was going to feel.
