I have been able to install the Anarchy Edition Pack, and the content is available on the account it was installed on. However, on another account on the same platform, the content is not available. It is not able to be downloaded or installed from this account, either, via PSN or Game Data Utility. Is there something I am missing?

No brother that is loaded on the user not the game data seeing that it downloads so fast there is no way to load on another user.

I got the normal ps3 version, bought anarchy off psn via my main psn account because i have $ only on that account.

Am playing the game on my secondary account and the anarchy edition is there. Its the sewer dlc that's not transferable and tied to the account the code was redeemed on.

Interestingly, after the second account played the game the content is now broken for the first account as well. I may soon just call customer support.

In case anyone is having similar issues, the map-packs for Modern Warfare BO stopped working after installing the Rage content. I reinstalled the MW packs and viola, enRaged content now working. Magic.
