I installed Rage as well as the Anarchy pack and sewer missions. The game also required an update as well, which I also installed. Once it was all finished and the xbox restarted, some of my xbox dashboard menus are in Russian (or similar language) and some are in English. I am also now missing a few different rows in the dashboard, including video and music. I have tried restarting and clearing the system cache which did not have any effect. The game itself works great and all text in English, but I need to figure out how to restore the dashboard. Perhaps the install of Rage was just coincidental and has noting to do with the issue, but I am not sure at this point.

Any thoughts?

Sorry, this can be deleted. My account was hacked and converted to a Russian account. The problems are not related to the Rage install.
