I'm trying to complete the game 100% and I have missed one card in dead city. Why wouldn't you allow people to revisit these areas? I realize this is a linear open world experience, repopulate the areas with bots and allow people to back track if needed to complete the task of collecting cards or just to grind to collect more money or w/e. Just my opinion, but I am certain others feel this way.... I've completed everything minus getting one card on the second dead city mission which is sooooo lame.. reopen these areas...I'll have to play through again... and this is my second play through.

make it so when you drive to these areas upon entering if you have completed the level a screen will pop up asking if you want to replay whichever mission you choose that took place there, it would make the game helluva fun if this was even unlocked after you beat the game, its kinda like a level select but the whole entire wasteland is open to go where you choose
