The RAM, CPU, and MOBO are all compatable, so you're all set there. The only problem is that that power supply might be a bit weak for that card. Looking at the reviews for the 6850, someone said they had a 550 watt psu go bad on them, the one you have is only 430 which seems quite low, so you might want to consider a 600+. I'm not an expert however, there are other factors that go into deciding on a PSU. Maybe someone else could give you a better answer? Or if you just want to be safe/in a hurry, buy a higher end PSU because better safe than sorry.

There's no real compatibility concerns when it comes to PSU. You just want to make sure it gets enough energy to all your parts consistently. The biggest worry you'll have as far as "compatibility" is concerned, is making sure it has a 12v 6pin connector to go to your high end GPU, which that one does. The real issue is not getting enough/safe power to your rig, otherwise blow outs can occur. I'm not a fancy computer doctor when it comes to wattage/volt calculations however. There's always time to return your part later if someone gives you a more informed opinion.

You're going to be pushing it with that PSU, if it runs at all. Even if it does, you'll be maxing out the PSU which is never a good thing. Also, it offers no room for upgrade in the future if more power hungry components come out. My advice, don't skimp on the PSU, save a little money and get a better and more powerful one.
