DLC Hopes

Post » Fri May 11, 2012 8:24 pm

of course it was announced sometime ago that DLC would be long (ish) quests and not mini content like, spell tomes, horse armour and battlehorn castle...

but i would like included:-
increase to level cap
higher perk trees
more perk trees
more exclusive weapons/armour/spells/items
more enemies that roam the land
a hunting lodge in the wilderness which you can buy (which includes a special container, in which an NPC will once a week collect animal skins etc and leave septims for you)
fishing and new fish types
mini quests that can only be completed by high level mages
mini quests that can only be completed by high level assassins
an arena style "Battleground" set up outside which actually has an underlying quest to complete

do you have any? (dont include bug fixes, thats a bit obvious)

First thing came to my mind are Arena and Hunter guild (hunt down x mob, without the arrow on the map telling you where)

Khajiit and Bosmer spouses. :P

Joking aside, Arena of any kind would be welcome.

As I said in another thread, Based on the fact that the Thieves Guild is a "core" Guild but there are no Followers available (unlike the Mage's guild or Dark Brotherhood), and that none of the current Followers have the Lockpicking skill, I am expecting some form of Thieves Guild DLC which adds Followers, new quests and maybe a home. It would be great to have a branching quest chain where you have to make the choice between bringing down the Thieves Guild or destroying another organisation trying to do so.

EDIT: Actually, Khajit and Bosmer spouses would fit perfectly with a Thieves Guild DLC too.

Thalmar invasion or something. Way more meaningful quest. Each questline is so short.

More skill trees, an interesting and lore impacting quest, the return of spears (it's the most widely spread weapon in the middle age).
DLC on par with player made mod at a bare minimum.

...Orsinum is close to Skyrim, right? I'd like to go there.

I really, really want to go to Blackreach, the ancient Dwemer kingdom below Skyrim now inhabited by the blind, crawling Falmer. A vast underground Moria / Underdark like kingdom where you thwart the surface invasion plans of a new Falmer Sorcerer-King? Yes, please.

Return to Morrowind
That would be awesome, I would be happy with just the main land if Vardenfell was unavailable, just so I can see what the it's been like for the Dunmer. Although I guess they would have to use the TESIII mournhold updated unless it has been destroyed.
