Perk advice about dualw needed

Post » Sat May 12, 2012 8:53 am

I will eventually pick what I feel works best for my playstyle, but seeing how you can't get back any perks, at all, I would like some advice before I spend them...

I'm a dual/w with heavy armor. I'm thinking about getting some of the hearvy armor perks, bow perks, enchanting, and smithing. Not sure if that's the right path, but what do you guys/ladies think.

Also, what order do you think i should get them in too.

Thanks in advance.

Dual wield is bad without Armour and health to negate the inability to block. It is a better choice than light Armour.

I don't think there is a wrong path, as it's personal preference.

This is my first TES so i kinda free handed the points as well to what I thought sounded cool.

Worst case scenario is you start another character and enjoy the game over again.

If you're going dual wield do it for the looks.

If you want damage I suggest 2hander.

What about the perk questions I asked? Any advice on that?

Block or heavy armor is key to a warrior. And only one crafting skill would really be needed. But overall, it's how you want to play

If you're going to stick with dual wield Heavy Armor is going to be your best friend.

I dual-wield exclusively, and have put every level point into health and plan to do so until I hit level 70, then the remaining ten or so points will go into stamina.

I am doing 90% of the one-handed tree, minus the sword and mace-only perks, maxing the heavy armour, and smithing. Secondary skills will be two-handed, and maybe archery for hunting elk and foxes.

I basically smash anything in my way right now, and using two superior Skyforge Steel War Axes, I do about 30 damage per normal swing, 50 damage per single power attack, and who knows how much for a dual-power attack. It is glorious, and I have zero need to block when I shrug off the hits due to great armour and massive health. I cannot wait to get Legendary Dragon Armour and weapons.

Awesome, thanks.
