I picked up the game from Best Buy and tried to redeem the Griffin pack code from xbox.com, the website accepted the code but when I checked my downloads on my xbox it said the code had already been redeemed so that it couldn't be downloaded. I then tried to type in the code again on xbox.com but it said the code was used up.

Anyone else have this issue?

Try going into your download history on Xbox LIVE and try downloading from there again.
