Im currently building a mage/rogue hybrid.

Using Conjuration, Illusion, Sneak and Archery.

Then using the bound bow spell as my main attack and using illusion spells from stealth like fury to cause enemies to attack each other or sneak attacks with my bow to kill.

I also have the summons up to ice atronach, I was hoping I could summon the atronach then stealth so my pet went in to attack while I sneak attacked or cast illusion from the shadows.

Up to now it seems that once the pet attacks though it makes me detected.

So I am having to use no pet while stealthing and just using the pet as a body guard combined with calm/fear etc if I get spotted and theres a few enemies.

Can anyone confirm that the pet attacking will break stealth or am I just being unlucky up to now and getting detected?

Seems a bit broken if the pet is making me detected not tried this with a hireling yet but it would be a bit wrong if the hireling attacking broke my stealth..
