How do I make the healing spell always go into the right hand?

Currently it always goes into the left hand which is [censored]. It's not like you can heal & fight at the same time so it's better for the healing spell to go into the right hand while you keep a shield in the left hand.

Is my thinking wrong here?

i spended like 3 h traying to configure the fav list to make it work but it does not.
it want work till somebody makes a decent ui mod.

I don't think there is a way, I have my spells all hotkeyed and so to put anything in my right hand I double-tap the key to equip it in both then tap the next to put whatever I want into my left, not ideal though. The direct way would be the favourites menu

Also there is no way to hotkey combinations is there?

Annoying bug btw, it seems that if you have more than one piece of a certain weapon (steel sword for example) the hotkey disables itself. Had 3 steel swords early in the game, hotkeyed it to 1 but everytime I switched to bow, the hotkey disappeared and I could use 1 to bring up my sword.

Ty, this can explains my shield issue in the start. Pretty serious bug however less of an problem later in game as you will upgrade all weapons you use.

Saw a mod on skyrimnexus.com who clamed to be able to assign the favorites to right or left button, however comments say this is fixed in a patch, how can I check if my game is patched or not?

You can assign them with each hand.
On XBOX It's all about assigning them to L and R.
