Would the item respawn time (items such as food and ingredients on tables) be 3 days like in oblivion? I heard from somewhere that the respawn time is a month of game time o.O thats...a long wait.
Also, how long does it take for merchants to restock?

I am not really sure but I haven't had a single container respawn since I started this character right after the game release.
