I think I saw her at the inn in Whiterun. I noticed her as I was running up to my room to go to sleep but when I woke up she was gone. I think I have a screenshot somewhere though...

I haven't found her yet either...and yes, that hairstyle is not presently in the game.. I hope she wasn't there just for promotional reasons, or that she was cut from the game or something.

That would just be too much of a tease, Bethesda. >_<

She might just not be in the game, just because she's in a promotional screenshot doesn't mean it's final especially for something as small as one NPC.

I saw her at an inn, but do not remember whic one. It was def. not in Whiterun or Riverwood. Up in the North I think.

That woman's hair mesh doesn't seem to exist in the game... at least from my observation. Not a single NPC uses it, and it's not selectable by the player either...

Iverstead or whatever it's called at the foot of High Hrothgar is a woman that looks like this, very similar, but you can't marry her

i saw her on the first day i got skyrim, she is in an inn somewhere in the wilderness i cant remember what its called though
