so i used the oghma glitch for fun(i saved first so i can go back) and i am like level 68 now and i have all maxed out magic stats.
my question now is where on earth do i find master spells? only people i know who sell spells are the whiterun and solitude court wizards, and they are selling novice spells i had since level 10 no new ones at all, where do i go to get/buy powerful spells, money is no issue at all either, i don't care if every spell cost 12k.
