A dragon just appeared right after a fast travel, then i noticed something was on its back... It then dropped dead when a freaking CARRIAGE flew out its [censored]! (like the one you can hire to bring you to a city) i just laughed my ass off then

Yeah, lot's of unpredictable stuff can happen with this game. I fast traveled to some ruins, then I automatically turned into a werewolf, a dragon attacked me, I killed my companion by mistake, mammoths came in out of nowhere and killed the dragon and then I got mauled to death by a giant. All in a few moments just after I arrived at some random location. Loaded the game, fast-traveled again to the same place... and nothing.
