i'm an archer and i skilled the perk 'Steady Hand' two times now.
The Zoom and the Slow works, but my power goes down.

I'm playing the game in german and the description from 'Steady Hand 2' is:
Das Herranzoomen kostet keine Ausdauer und verlangsamt die Zeit um 50%

In Englisch (sry for it):
'Zooming don't cost power and slows time of 50%'


Is it a mistake or am i stupid ?

yea, zooming doesn't cost but pulling back and shooting does. You should have noticed it doesn't cost "as much" as it use too.

and how can i zoom without pulling back or shoot ?
I'm playing on pc, and if i press right klick without pulling back i make a hit.
